I started this a while back and recently had a leading from God on how His working in my life is a revival. From growing warm toward looking at my life and what I'm doing to what I should do and am I doing it His way to He is doing it and I want to follow.
He reveals Himself as we seek Him and I am moved toward wanting more of God in my life. My present thought is to what degree is this happening in the Christian community? I have decided to make an effort to find out and over the next days I am planning a letter to share with the churches I attend my experience of being drawn deeper into a close walk with God as lead by the Holy Spirit.
One of the revalations that I have had is that no matter where I'm at in my walk He is unchanged. He is still present and desires to fulfill His purpose in my life. My walk instead of being close to God/far from God is now close to God always and whether I'm being effective in my growth is the only variable. Now I only take steps towards Him, pausing in my weaknesses, and then turning away from them and stepping towards Him again.
